We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaping Crew Member to join our team at Bland Landscaping Company. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landscaping and Grounds Management: Assist foremen and foremen in training on all aspects of landscape grounds management services, including digging, planting, raking, watering, and clean-up of landscapes.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including commercial equipment, push mowers, walk-behind mowers, zero-turn stand-on mowers, and tillers.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve project goals, and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis, bend and stoop on a continual basis, and work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and valid NC Driver's license with a good driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills, ability to motivate others, and willingness to obtain NC Pesticide Applicators license.
