Job Summary

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through various contact channels, including voice, email, and chat. As a skilled Outfitter, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide first-call resolution for a wide range of company, sales, and product questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform customer contact procedures and meet performance requirements.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues related to account, order status, and after-sale service.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to secure sales by offering preferred products, suggesting similar items, and asking for orders on gift card balance contacts.
  • Utilize advanced skills training, system programs, and desktop resources to assist customers from all business channels.
  • Empower customers by going beyond standard procedures to answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and connect them with products and services that create loyal customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic computer use, Microsoft Office, and web navigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on a team and independently.
