Job Title: Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager

At Canonical, we are seeking a highly skilled Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading semiconductor companies to drive open source adoption and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Canonical and its solutions to partners, developing a deep understanding of their strategies, technologies, and roadmaps.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate new business, leading the definition of joint products, solutions, and complex programs.
  • Ensure robust project plans are created, tracked, and executed, and develop joint Go To Market strategies and campaigns with silicon partners.
  • Negotiate successful contracts and manage market messaging, collateral, and launch plans across products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, and/or engineering.
  • Fundamental understanding of the semiconductor industry and ecosystem.
  • Experience in software and system architecture is preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience in business development, technology strategy, or similar functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to grasp complex material, and synthesize key points.
  • Ability to think and work at both strategic and tactical levels.
