We are seeking a qualified individual to teach courses in Data Science at DePaul University's Jarvis College of Computing & Digital Media.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Data Science, including data analytics, multivariate analysis, machine learning, and database processing.
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students in the Data Science program.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in Data Science.
- Master's degree in Data Science or a related field, or 18 semester hours of graduate work in Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or industry experience in Data Science.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a diverse learning environment.
- Ph.D. in Data Science or a related field.
- Experience in developing and teaching online courses.
- Experience in working with diverse student populations.
