Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop patient care plans
- Order and interpret tests, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances to the extent delegated
- Provide direct patient care in assigned areas, including inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Current State of Illinois Physician Assistant Licensure
- Current Certification from National Certification Commission for Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills
