Position Overview: Exercise Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services with empathy, cultural awareness, and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Provide specialized services within the Athletic Republic program to support regional athletes, including assessments, training sessions, and necessary documentation. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of the Athletic Republic programs while assisting with the daily operations of the Avera Human Performance Center.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training in Athletic Republic performance sports training preferred.
- CSCS certification through NSCA is preferred.
Evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with occasional weekend hours; 24 hours every two weeks.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is outlined below. Actual pay will be based on experience.
- $26.75 per hour
