We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at the Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various packaging machines, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate and maintain packaging machines, including Algus Clambshell sealing, RF sealing, Hang Tag, Shrink Wrap, and Manual Tube Packaging
* Load and unload materials, such as reciprocating saw blades, clamshells, cards, and pallets
* Replenish materials as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as necessary
* Meet production standards and maintain a positive work environment

**Requirements:**

* Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40lb. boxes
* Proper hand dexterity and ability to read and follow instructions
* General math skills and high school diploma or GED from an accredited school
* Prefer experience in machine operating
