Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair roofing systems, including modern roofing systems, ceiling tile systems, and air duct distribution systems.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent damage and extend the lifespan of our roofing systems.
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless maintenance and repair operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in roofing maintenance and repair.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing maintenance and repair, preferably in a museum or cultural institution setting.
- Knowledge of modern roofing systems, ceiling tile systems, and air duct distribution systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
