We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to provide support to our team at AllStar Staffing Group. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity that offers the flexibility of remote work while residing in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial transportation defense litigation, including case management, serving and responding to discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development.
  • Draft and prepare legal pleadings and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and witnesses to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Maintain and organize case files with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for depositions and medical exams with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Five years of experience in complex defense litigation, with a strong understanding of Pennsylvania and Federal court filings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management/timekeeping software.
  • A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved organization or a bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience or familiarity with New Jersey and New York is a significant plus.
