Exciting Opportunity for a Paralegal

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Harrisburg. As a Paralegal, you will assist attorneys in administrative litigation and regulatory cases, manage case documents, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and motions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in administrative litigation and regulatory cases.
  • Manage case documents, filings, and deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research on administrative regulations and case law.
  • Draft pleadings and motions.
  • Bonus: Experience with cannabis law is a plus.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, particularly in administrative or regulatory law.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with government agencies and administrative litigation.
  • Cannabis law knowledge is a plus.
