Job Title: Senior Wealth Relationship Manager

The position of Senior Wealth Relationship Manager is a seasoned professional role, requiring in-depth disciplinary knowledge. It contributes to the development of new techniques and improves processes and workflow for the area or function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to gain incremental wallet share through financial planning and excellent discovery and profiling skills.
  • Anticipating complex financial needs of clients and offering solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools based on client profiling.
  • Providing regular value-added engagement with clients, including high-touch face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Mastery of referral opportunities to grow portfolio and proactively sourcing, acquiring, and expanding high-value customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

$83,920 - $125,880 per year, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
