POSITION SUMMARYThe Seasonal Operations Coordinator is tasked with various non-technical responsibilities, including the delivery of supplies and materials to various locations, performing minor maintenance tasks, and aiding in the setup and closing of seasonal offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, performing minor electrical repairs, and fixing broken items. For complex issues requiring specialized skills, the District Operations Coordinator will be informed.
- Transport supplies and materials to and from designated locations.
- Assist in the annual setup and closure of seasonal offices, ensuring compliance with established layouts, cleanliness, and overall brand standards.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions relevant to the role.
- Ensure the security of the office premises when leaving after hours.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the District Operations Coordinator or in collaboration with other management personnel.
Education:
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic literacy skills.
- Familiarity with Outlook and other web-based applications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance as mandated by state regulations, along with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
