Key Responsibilities:

  • General Repairs:
    • Repairing broken fixtures and fittings.

  • Plumbing:
    • Fixing leaks and blockages in pipes and drains.
    • Replacing or mending faucets, toilets, and showerheads.
    • Installing and servicing water heaters.
  • Electrical Work:
    • Changing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
    • Troubleshooting and rectifying minor electrical issues.
    • Installing ceiling fans and other electrical devices.
  • Carpentry:

Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in at least one skill from each category (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is required.
    • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment; strong problem-solving abilities; and a keen eye for detail.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical work, plumbing, or other related fields are a plus.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Drive: Must own a vehicle to commute daily to work orders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to assess and address issues promptly and efficiently.
