Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our PCA Box Plant in Burlington, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and answer breakdown calls in a production environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Participate in training programs to develop and enhance technical skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Technical degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay range of $24-$36 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
  • Excellent benefits package, including Health, Dental, and Optometry coverage.
  • 401K Plan.
  • 1.5 pay over 8 hours and 40 hours.
  • 1.5 pay on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • 1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional OT over 8 hours on holidays.
  • Uniforms provided.
  • PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through skill levels and achieve higher pay.
  • PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools.
