Job Overview

Nestlé USA is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of facility electrical equipment, including installation, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and/or design modification of high-tech distributed manufacturing and industrial process control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, replace, and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, and defective wiring.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, replace PLC's, Servo and Frequency Drives, and related electronic hardware.
  • Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning parts or equipment using test equipment.
  • Use blueprints and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical repairs and installations.
  • Train others on job tasks of this role.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in electrical skills, including PLC programming, electrical circuits, schematics, servo motors, and familiarity with 460/220 3 PH wiring.

  • Starting hourly pay of $39.55 with a $0.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift based on knowledge and demonstrated skill.
