Indiana University Health Physicians, in partnership with Indiana University School of Medicine, is seeking a dedicated Spine Neurosurgeon to join our esteemed team at the IU Health West Hospital, located in the vibrant Indianapolis suburb of Avon, Indiana.
Position Overview:
- Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical care for patients with neurological disorders.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in Pain Management, Physiatry, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Neurology.
- Benefit from a specialized surgical support team and access to a newly upgraded, state-of-the-art Spine Operating Room equipped with the latest O-Arm technology.
- Leverage a robust primary care referral network to enhance your practice's growth, working in an interdisciplinary environment alongside advanced practice providers, therapists, and triage nurses.
In addition to high-quality clinical practice, there is a strong emphasis on research and the education of residents and fellows at the IU Health Neuroscience Center/IU Health Methodist Hospital and affiliated institutions. The call schedule is shared equitably among all adult neurosurgeons based on clinical workload. Opportunities for leadership roles in Hospital & System Quality and Clinical initiatives are available.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency from an ACGME-accredited program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified by the ABNS.
- Consideration for J and H-1B sponsorship.
