Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing services and supervising a team of nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate health services for assigned service sites.
  • Supervise the delivery of nursing services and nursing personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Assist in the implementation of home-based medical quality assurance programs.
  • Provide training services to staff on medication administration, signs and symptoms of illness, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide direct care services as needed, including passing medications and monitoring individual health status.
  • Facilitate communication and serve as a liaison between nursing staff, direct care staff, medical providers, and operations management.
  • Provide feedback to operations management on necessary changes and revisions.
  • Ensure assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation procedures.
  • Coordinate and oversee all activities associated with medical contract providers.
  • Participate in the hiring process of assigned positions in accordance with company policy and local, state, and federal employment law.
Requirements
  • Related nursing management/supervisory experience.
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse required.
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.

Our community living services are provided in 27 states with several thousand programs and a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

Salary Range

USD $75,000.00 / Year
