Job Overview

As an Advanced Technology Project Coordinator at Trilogy Financial, you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisor application enhancement initiatives across the firm. This position reports to the Technology Lead and requires a highly driven, solution-focused individual who excels in collaborating with internal and external partners at the highest levels of the organization.

About the Role
This role involves liaising with various cross-functional partners across Trilogy to effectively organize technical requirements, ask appropriate questions to understand enhancement requests, deliver impactful solutions to application end users, and present meaningful project status updates to Trilogy Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for developers and testers
  • Identifying key issues and recommending technical enhancements to automate business and operational processes
  • Developing application diagrams, data mapping, and flowcharts for project teams to follow
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, priority, system goals, and requirements
  • Monitoring project tasks, dependencies, risks, responsible parties, and target dates with project team members
  • Presenting project status update reporting to Trilogy Leadership
  • Assisting in developing technology communication, project implementation, and training plans
  • Liaising with vendor counterparts to resolve production-related issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or other business-related field, or 4 years of experience in a technology-related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of business analyst experience supporting application enhancements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting Salesforce/Practifi CRM
  • Salesforce certification(s) are a plus
  • Experience in back-end settings/fields for financial technology applications
  • Form Titan experience is a plus
  • Experience in DocuSign is a plus
  • Experience in DocuPace is a plus
  • Knowledge of agile project methodology
  • Proficiency in creating project status updates and leadership reporting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Wealth Management industry
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and first-time accuracy
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
