We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile healthcare construction projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Coordination and direction of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure safe and compliant task performance.
  3. Review and understanding of project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  4. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for effective communication and problem resolution.
  5. Implementation and enforcement of site safety and risk management procedures to minimize hazards.
  6. Onsite quality control, including inspections and necessary corrective actions.
  7. Preparation and submission of project reports, and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction. Extensive knowledge of OSHPD requirements and regulations is required. Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate diverse teams is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, are also necessary.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
