Employment Terms:

The position begins with a probationary period. Full-time employment with benefits may be offered based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-organized and communicated effectively.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the executive.
  • Assist in managing correspondence by drafting documents and conducting research as needed.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and other team members.
  • Coordinate meetings and foster connections with influential community members.
  • Deliver exceptional service consistently.
  • Adapt to the family's schedule and be open to travel as required.
  • Anticipate the daily needs of the executive.
  • Arrange travel logistics for both short and long trips, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Organize meals for meetings and events.
  • Enforce standards of etiquette and accountability.
  • Plan and execute arrangements for special occasions, such as office and holiday celebrations.
  • Act as the primary driver for the executive and family when necessary.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, with references available.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred background in hospitality or related fields.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support roles, including calendar and travel management.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (email, calendar, etc.).
