Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile and analyze all balance sheet accounts on the trial balance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills.
