Job Description

As a Financial Relationship Manager at Bank Five Nine, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with our customers and providing sound banking advice to help solve financial challenges. Your focus will be on identifying customer needs and offering custom financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

This is a part-time position (19 hours/week) located at our Corporate branch. You will be responsible for accurately processing banking transactions, helping to acquire new banking relationships, and retaining and deepening existing relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment. A high school diploma or GED is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process banking transactions accurately
  • Help acquire new banking relationships and open new accounts
  • Retain and deepen relationships by identifying customer needs and offering custom financial solutions
  • Provide account servicing and maintenance
  • Help educate customers on digital bank solutions
  • Refer customers to internal business partners

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic keyboarding skills and ability to navigate in a Windows environment

  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail banking experience
