Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services using various modalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic, processing, and inventory equipment in a safe and competent manner.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect data pre/post-procedure and prepare patients for procedures in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (CVIR).
  • Act as a liaison between physicians, families, and other interdepartmental units.
  • Participate in unit assignment quality assurance projects.
Requirements
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Registered Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry in Vascular Interventional (VI), Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiovascular Interventional (CI).
  • Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia (if applicable).
  • One year of work experience as a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Vocational/Technical degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
