  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information about Lincoln vehicles, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
  • Event Representation: Represent our dealership at various social and promotional events, showcasing our Lincoln vehicles and promoting our brand.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our dealership and Lincoln brand, including email marketing, direct mail, and other promotional activities.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest Lincoln products, services, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales management preferred, with a focus on luxury vehicles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications and training required by Lincoln and our dealership.
