Island Ambassador

As an Island Ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a relaxed destination for our guests, delivering exceptional service, and building a perfect oasis.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Set the course for success by assisting servers with food delivery and ensuring seamless service.
• Practice table maintenance, clearing, and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards.
• Support your crew by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.

• 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required - frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.
• Maneuvering equipment or machinery, including hand carts, blenders, knives, and other tools listed in the training manual.
