Job Title: District Sales Professional
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a District Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth in assigned customers and territories.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily and monthly progress of assigned customers, report sales activity to management.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed in resolving disputes.
- Report quarterly to National Sales Manager, with performance reviewed and discussed.
- Exceed or meet targets for assigned sales territory by opening new accounts and increasing product sales.
Travel Requirements:
- 80% travel required within assigned sales territory.
- Visit dealers and builders weekly, meet with distributors monthly, conduct sales meetings.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage Independent Sales Reps in assigned sales territory.
- Revise weekly sales reports, follow up on sales leads, renew contracts, and hire/terminate reps as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with architects and builders, minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Great computer skills, knowledge of CRM, and presentation skills.
