Key Project Lead for Kinetics

Kinetics is seeking an experienced project manager to lead our construction management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion. This includes ensuring the safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects, as well as promoting customer satisfaction and meeting financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including sales, engineering, and operations.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Experience with project management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration tools.
Working Conditions
- Works in a corporate office or job site office, with occasional travel to construction sites.
- Requires long periods of sitting, as well as the ability to walk, climb, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
