About the Role

This role involves identifying client prospects for temporary and direct hire workforce solutions, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, and executing outreach activities to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify client prospects and develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
  • Execute outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to expand our client base
  • Negotiate pricing and services with clients to ensure maximum return on investment
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
