Position Overview:
The Senior Industrial Engineer is essential in the conception, execution, and oversight of engineering initiatives focused on refining manufacturing techniques, workflows, and systems. Collaborating closely with Operations, Design Engineering, and Automation Engineering, the Industrial Engineer spearheads efforts to boost efficiency, minimize expenses, elevate product quality, and enhance productivity while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Align operational processes, metrics, standards, and initiatives with a core focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Employ a robust analytical mindset to tackle challenges, crafting cost-effective solutions to operational issues.
  • Supervise installation and enhancement projects, promoting productivity and technological advancements.
  • Guarantee that all project tasks are fulfilled within defined scope, budget, and timeline, applying critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
