Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and booking clients for future services.
  • Establish relationships with members and clients to grow and retain a client base.
  • Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A healthy salary of $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and spiffs on membership sales and retail sales.
  • A generous benefits program, including 50% employer-paid healthcare for Full-Time employees, discount rates for all massage and facial services, flexible scheduling, and excellent work environment.
  • A referral program, earning $100 after the first 30 days and additional rewards after six months of employment.
