Job Title: Part-time Research Assistant

Job Summary:
The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine is seeking a part-time Research Assistant to support our research team in the Department of Biomedical Science. The successful candidate will assist in managing mouse colonies, performing experiments, and maintaining the laboratory.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain mouse colonies
  • Perform experiments and data analysis
  • Assist in laboratory maintenance and organization

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong background in molecular biology or biochemistry
  • Research experience

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, approximately 17-19 hours per week, with a salary of $19/hour. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
