Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with basic care needs, including hygiene and monitoring
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 college-level credit hours, including English Composition with a grade of C or higher and an overall GPA of 2.0 or greater
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; service industry experience is also beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations
We offer a competitive salary of $72.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development through training programs such as CPR, crucial conversations, and hospitality in healthcare.
