Comprehensive Care Coordinator

We seek a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, you will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Through patient interviews and assessments, you will gather information to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Using a range of evidence-based techniques, you will instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, and manual therapy to promote optimal recovery.
  • Monitoring patient progress, documenting treatment sessions, and reporting findings to the physical therapist are critical components of this role.

Requirements:

  • Licenses or Certifications: Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state where currently practicing.
  • Education, Training, and Experience: Associate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, with 2 years of Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred.
