Care Coordinator Assistant

Overview:
Sage Hospice, Primary and Palliative Care seeks an experienced Office Coordinator to coordinate and assist the Business Office Manager in all office activities and clerical functions.
About the Role:
This is a Monday-to-Friday 8am-5pm position. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in hospice or healthcare and knowledge of current software systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Office Manager with office activities and clerical tasks
- Coordinate administrative support for the business office
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least two years of experience in hospice or healthcare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current software systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
