We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Michigan. As a Virtual Social Worker, you will play a vital role in guiding students through social and emotional challenges, promoting their academic success.

**Job Summary:**

  • This is a full-time virtual position that requires a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, fulfilling Michigan's educational requirements.
  • The ideal candidate must hold a current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license or be eligible for licensure to practice as a social worker in the state of Michigan.
  • A Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) Certification is also required to work in Michigan schools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide virtual social work services to students in Michigan, focusing on their social and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support student success, working closely with teachers, parents, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, adhering to state and federal regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a social worker in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
