Position Overview:
The Dietary Supervisors ensure that all essential tray line and sanitation roles are staffed with adequately trained personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the tray line assignment sheet (line-up) for each tray line checked.
- Document start and finish times for all activities.
Education Requirements:
A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
