About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our sales team at Quiet Storm. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience and driving sales growth through effective customer engagement strategies.
Job Description:
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies, providing coaching and training to sales team members, and ensuring that customer feedback is addressed promptly. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Address customer feedback promptly and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
