Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Quiet Storm. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and motivating our sales team, and maintaining high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, with a focus on customer service and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary Estimate:

$38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
