Landscape Installation Project Manager

BraveView, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects within a dynamic commercial landscape organization.

The Project Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Construction and will be responsible for coordinating with various Superintendents, crews, and operational staff to ensure the successful execution of landscape installation projects valued between $50K and $1M+.

The ideal candidate is expected to be self-driven, career-focused, and excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where prioritizing team and client satisfaction is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth-oriented culture through process enhancement, employee development, and strategic job planning, utilizing daily dashboards and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of landscape installation projects, including material scheduling, equipment management, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, Submittals, and identify qualified vendors.
  • Assist in the Change Order Review process, including scope assessment, pricing, and contract evaluation.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met through effective cost management and revenue optimization.
  • Establish project budgets and conduct monthly financial reporting.
  • Handle permitting and general document management.
  • Oversee Punch List and project closeout to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and property managers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Act as a trustworthy representative of the company to clients.
  • Ensure quality standards through rigorous reviews and inspections of completed work.
  • Operate with high ethical standards, emphasizing compliance and safety.
  • Assist in implementing technology to enhance processes and data reporting.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in construction project management as a project leader, engineer, coordinator, or superintendent.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technologies.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
