Key Responsibilities- Provide direct counseling services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and in-service trainings to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Must possess a Chemical Dependency Professional license from the Department of Health.
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must have over three years of experience in a related field.
- Must have and maintain First Aid and HIV certification.
- Must obtain a CPR certificate within 90 days of hire date and maintain a current CPR certificate throughout employment.
