Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Tax Associate to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our tax services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex tax returns and calculations of ASC740 tax provisions
  • Interact with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Perform, document, and summarize research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues
  • Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including some travel
Requirements
  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Accounting major
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working toward the successful completion of the CPA exam
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
