Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and direct a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, plumbing, and other facilities-related tasks.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for maintenance operations, ensuring that all projects and scheduling are within budgetary guidelines.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, materials, and appliances, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance staff are trained on safety practices and protocols, and that all work is conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities operations role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Certifications: HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 65 lbs, with frequent reaching, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
- Competitive Pay: $38.00 hourly.
