About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pacsun. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, generating sales, and executing visual directives and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an engaging and positive customer experience with all customers
  • Focus on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions
  • Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to solve for yes, and partner with leadership when dealing with escalated issues
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team
  • Support high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
  • Uphold and comply with all company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and the Safety Program
  • Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and communicate violations directly to the leadership team or via the Silent Witness Hotline
  • Share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
Physical Requirements
  • The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
  • The associate must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as needed
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear
  • The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; as well as reach, twist, or squat
  • Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required for SM and above roles only
Working Hours

This is a part-time position. Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week is required. As a National Retailer, flexibility with work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods) is required.
