Job Title: Seasonal Associate

At Kate Spade New York, we're looking for a Seasonal Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers by asking insightful questions, suggesting relevant products, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling ideas, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders.
