About the Role

Monarch Investment and Management Group, a leading multifamily housing investment company, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join its Portfolio Performance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) across the company's full multifamily portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize property operations, value, and services by analyzing, proposing, and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design recurring reports to track and manage various implementations (new processes, vendors, systems, etc.).
  • Manage ongoing operational compliance initiatives, vendor relationships, ancillary projects, or contracts as assigned.
  • Assist on-site teams to address weaknesses (i.e., lease an apartment, complete a work order, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, Economics, and/or related field.
  • 2+ years of industry and/or internship experience in a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet applications, demonstrating how to effectively and quickly manipulate large data sets.
  • Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability and attentiveness toward problem-solving.
