- Compile, track, and summarize data for benefits programs and processes to ensure programs are current, cost-effective, and competitive. Work with key vendors to evaluate outreach and marketing efforts.
- Share responsibility for conducting new associate benefit orientations and supporting other benefit programs.
- Use strong data analysis skills to identify and isolate any possible issues or opportunities for improvement and drive the process to remediate the issue.
- Partner with the Workday team to ensure online enrollment system configuration and automated file feeds to vendors are operational; troubleshoot any errors and handle problem resolution.
- Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of regulations and compliance requirements across applicable federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, ACA, IRC Section 125, HIPAA, and COBRA.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products - PowerPoint, Word, Excel at intermediate to advanced level (pivot tables, v-lookup, queries, advanced formulas, macros).
- Experience with supporting multiple benefits plans that include health, medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to inform employees about their benefit options and how to enroll.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service focus, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
