About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Team Lead to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of X86 hardware appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product introduction for x86 hardware appliances, ensuring seamless integration with our cybersecurity products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Test Engineering, to drive product development and launch.
  • Ensure quality and reliability objectives are met, identifying and mitigating risks through early engagement.
  • Support the Test Engineering team in meeting objectives, driving engineering change orders and corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product development and launch efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing, with a strong background in hardware appliance development.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, with a track record of driving product development and launch success.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
