Job Summary

The Dakota Economic Development Corp is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to lead our team of customer service representatives. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving loan origination goals, ensuring optimal performance of your team, and providing a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed loan processing goals on a daily basis.
  • Mentor, coach, and performance manage team members for continuous improvement of the Loan Processing function.
  • Document coaching, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary documents as needed.
  • Evaluate team members using Anagram, Five9 live monitoring, or side-by-side evaluations to ensure accurate information and sound decision-making.
  • Assess individual and team performance consistently and provide candid and timely feedback to agents, including annual performance reviews.
  • Compile and distribute team performance metrics and identify areas for coaching and performance management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide a superior customer experience.
