Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care. This plan is based on the patient's developmental and health care needs, identified through assessment and physician orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.

Requirements

  • 2 Years of Nursing Experience - Required or No Experience Required with Preferred Education.
  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing - Required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred.
  • Registered Nurse Licensure - Required.

Work Schedule

As needed, Monday through Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts (7am-3:30pm or 7am-5:30pm).

Weekend and Call Requirements

No weekends, as needed.
