About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures, including radiographic imaging, under the direction of a physician.
  • Utilize ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis, applying principles of radiation protection and adhering to department policy and procedure.
  • Process patient requests in Meditech Radiology Module and required information systems, ensuring accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Provide patient education and care, including proper positioning and technique selection to ensure radiograph technical quality standards.
  • Contribute to meeting departmental goals, including a retake analysis, and uphold SRN Organizational Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
Requirements
  • Completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible with successful completion of the registry within three months of hire.
  • Current and valid Massachusetts license to perform radiography.
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communications skills using the English language.
  • Computer proficiency, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
